Coach nicole’s Story

Nicole began her career as a personal trainer in 2009 after graduating with a degree in Human Movement (Exercise Science) and a certification in personal training. In 2014, she became a certified health coach, and her passion for veganism eventually led her to study Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies. With over 15 years of experience, she brings a strong foundation in exercise science, nutrition, and holistic health to her coaching.

Nicole’s passion for health and fitness started from a young age. Growing up, she was always active and became heavily involved in elite sport, which eventually led to her becoming an Australian representative in both Taekwondo and cycling. Her most recent achievements include being crowned the Australian Gran Fondo Cycling Champion and representing Australia at the UCI Gravel World Championships in Belgium.

While Nicole’s athletic background is extensive, her journey into holistic health came through overcoming many personal challenges, including overtraining, disordered eating, body image issues, and burnout during her years in elite sport. After years of struggle, she found healing and balance through a whole food, plant-based lifestyle, helping her naturally lose 18 kg, restore her hormonal health, and rebuild her relationship with food, exercise, and herself.

Since then, Nicole has coached hundreds of clients, combining evidence-based training with plant-based nutrition and mindset coaching to help them create long-term, sustainable change. She brings a supportive, straightforward approach that helps clients stay focused and empowered.

Nicole currently lives in Adelaide, South Australia, with her husband Anthony and their fur-baby Loki. When she’s not coaching, training, or studying, she enjoys getting out in nature, catching up on her favourite podcasts, and spending time with her friends and family.
