Coach Sarah’s Story
While Sarah has been an athlete since childhood, she shifted her focus to weight training when she found bodybuilding in 2012 while attending college at the University of Colorado. She began training for bodybuilding competitions and competed several times in the bikini category until she transitioned to figure in 2014. In 2019, Sarah competed at the pro qualifying event in Las Vegas and earned her pro status with the IFBB Professional League.
Sarah also became vegan in 2012 for animal rights issues, the environmental impacts, and the health benefits. Since then, she’s advocated for a vegan lifestyle through participation in demonstrations and sharing her personal and client success within the fitness community.
While weight training, Sarah quickly noticed how the traits you can build in the gym, such as discipline, patience, and confidence, transitioned into other areas of life. She quickly developed a passion for encouraging and helping others with their health and fitness journeys as a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE.
Sarah believes in coaching with empathy and understanding the importance of meeting clients wherever they are in their journey of health and fitness. She is passionate about understanding each individual’s why and loves celebrating their personal victories with them.
Originally from California, she has settled in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband Chad and three dogs Rucker, Kala, and Gizmo. In her free time, Sarah loves to travel with her family to the beach, mountains, or anywhere they’ve yet to explore. She’s been a foster dog mom for the past two years and frequently gets to be a temporary home for French Bulldogs from a local Las Vegas rescue. Sarah owns two motorcycles, a 1972 Norton Commando her father built and a 2024 Yamaha R7 and will happily spend the day on the road given the chance! She is also learning to garden and loves to share what she grows… when it grows!
