We are looking for a NINJA sales rep to help us grow our online coaching program, the Vegan Superhero Academy. ๐ฅท If you haven't heard of it, the Vegan Superhero Academy (VSA) is the most trusted vegan fitness coaching program in the world. This position would start as a part-time role with the intent of making it a full-time position over the course of the next 4 months.
Job Description
Your role is to help guide qualified prospects into our Vegan Superhero Academy coaching program through our sales process. Yes, this is a sales position, but at The Vegan Gym, we are all about coaching. A coach is someone who is in your corner and helps you build self-belief and commit to your goals. And thatโs exactly what our sales team does for vegans interested in our program. Thatโs why we call our sales reps Success Coaches!
More specifically, in this role, you will prospect leads, take sales calls, track sales data, follow up with prospects, and hand off new clients to our world-class coaching team.
Ethical selling is all about the transference of belief. Thankfully, itโs easy to believe in what you do when you are part of a mission-driven team! What you will be doing in this role MATTERS. Requirements
To qualify for this position, you MUST:
Be vegan

Have effective time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain a structured and efficient workflow.
Have over the phone / video call sales experience
Have a love for chatting with people and be comfortable communicating via phone and Zoom.
Have a deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, with a proven track record of successfully driving sales revenue. This includes proficiency in sales methodologies, market analysis, customer relationship management, lead generation, and closing.
Be knowledgeable in sales tools and technologies, possess the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, and have strong negotiation and communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
Part-time hours would be 15-20 hours a week. Full-time hours would be 45-55 hours per week.
You will need to work over the weekend. You would have two days off during the week days.
Be an excellent communicator with stellar English grammar
Some basic knowledge of fitness and plant-based nutrition will help you succeed but is not required
Have a HUGE passion for helping people transform their lives. This is not a "9-5 job," this is something you need to commit to fully.

COMPENSATION
This is a RESULTS-based position. As such, this is a 100% COMMISSION sales position with truly unlimited earning potential. We pay sales commissions on an 8 to 12% sliding scale of revenue that you produce. The annual income for this position is $80,000 to $120,000+ USD (these are historical results, not projected numbers).
This role is a full-time position, but you will start part-time and scale up to a full-time over the course of 4 to 6 months. Over this time period, your income will increase accordingly. During this transition to a full-time, you can maintain another part-time position to supplement your income as long as it does not interfere with your sales performance. There are many opportunities for growth and promotions within this position. All compensation will be paid twice monthly (on the 1st and 15th).
