VSA Team T-Shirt Design Contest!

We are excited to announce the return of the VSA Team T-Shirt Design Contest! We know this community is filled with talented and creative people and we can't wait to see what you come up with.

 

How to Enter

  • Review the Brand Resources and read through ALL of the Design Requirements below before beginning.

  • Create your digital design(s) or drawing(s)

    • Please save your files as Your Name | Your Team | Design #

    • For example: Leif Arnesen | The Avengers | Design 1

  • Upload your design to the Entry Form at the bottom of this page by Friday, May 30th at 11:59 pm EST.

    • You may submit no more than three entries (a separate Entry Form must accompany each submission).

    • Submissions must not be inappropriate or mean-spirited towards other teams at all.

    • Get creative in referencing the phrases, images, and concepts that represent what it means to be a Titan, Legend, Avenger, or Guardian!

Winner Selection

Once the submission deadline has passed on Friday, May 30th at 11:59 pm EST, we will share all designs within the individual Teams on Facebook for voting! Artists will be kept anonymous until the voting periods have ended.

Voting will be a two-week period, starting on Monday, June 2nd, and ending on Friday, June 13th at 11:59 pm EST. Each member can vote for their top 3 designs out of all submissions.

The winning design will be announced on Team Calls on Monday, June 16th at 6:00 pm EST! The design will be printed on T-shirts for their entire Team EXCLUSIVELY at the 2025 Vegan Superhero Retreat!



Design Requirements

  • The screen printing process favors simple designs. Please limit the number of unique colors used per design. If the design is overly complex, we may need to make revisions before printing.

  • All skill levels and designs are welcome! A bold catch-phrase, a simple icon—there’s no wrong way to show off your team spirit.

  • The submission must be designed for a black or white T-shirt. The design will be able to be printed in the exact team colors, but we can not color-match the shirt itself. Please keep this in mind when making your designs.

  • Please utilize the Brand Resources for logos, fonts, and Team HEX color codes.

    • Other text and images may be included, but there must be no copyright issues from other sources.

  • Design Tools and Formats - You are welcome to use any design tools you are comfortable with, even pencil and paper! Other examples include Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Powerpoint.

  • Final design file formats can be .jpeg, .png or .ai

    • If you submit a .ai file, please be sure to create outlines of all text

    • If you prefer to draw your design on paper, you can take a photo and upload your design as a .jpeg or .png
