Instructions

Maple syrup 2 tbsp (39 g)
Vanilla extract 2 tsp (9 g)
Mini vegan chocolate chips 4 tbsp (60 g)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add:

    1 cup (81 g) of rolled oats,

    5 tbsp (80 g) of almond butter,

    2 tbsp (39 g) of maple syrup,

    2 tsp (9 g) of vanilla extract,

    4 tbsp (60 g) of mini vegan chocolate chips.

  2. Mix with a spoon until everything is well

    combined.

  3. Roll the mixture into 8, 1-inch balls and

    place them in a freezer-friendly container

    or bag.

  4. These energy bites taste best frozen, so

    allow them to freeze for at least 2 hours

    before eating. If you have sensitive teeth,

    you can thaw them in the fridge for a

    softer texture.
